These terms cover use of the Record And Note app and its optional Premium purchases.
The app. Record And Note is provided "as is," for recording and organizing your own audio. You're responsible for your own recordings, including having any consent required by law to record other people.
Premium subscriptions & purchases.
Premium Annual: auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly, price as shown at purchase in your local App Store/Play Store listing. Renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings, not in the app.
Premium Lifetime: one-time, non-consumable purchase, unlocks Premium permanently on your store account.
Both unlock the same features: unlimited files and linked folders.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Restore previously bought Premium via the app's "Restore Purchases" action.
Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their own respective policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.
No warranty. The app is provided without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for lost recordings — back up anything you can't afford to lose (e.g. via the Files app / share sheet).
Changes. Terms may be updated here; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
